We offer fast and reliable shipping to ensure your Miraberry arrives safely and on time. Below you'll find all the details about our shipping options, delivery times, and international shipping policies.
Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days - $8.00
Express Shipping: 2-3 business days - $18.00
Overnight Shipping: 1 business day - $35.00Free standard shipping on all orders over $200. Orders placed before 12:00 PM PST Monday-Friday will ship the same day.
We ship to over 100 countries worldwide. International shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination:
- Canada: 7-10 business days - $20.00
- Europe: 10-14 business days - $35.00
- Australia/NZ: 10-14 business days - $40.00
- Asia: 10-14 business days - $35.00
- Rest of World: 14-21 business days - $45.00
Please note: International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package status at any time by:
- Clicking the tracking link in your email
- Logging into your account and viewing order history
- Visiting the carrier's website with your tracking number

Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During peak seasons (holidays, sales events), processing may take 2-3 business days. We'll send you a confirmation email as soon as your order ships.
Please note the following shipping restrictions:
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes for express orders
- APO/FPO addresses: Standard shipping only (14-21 business days)
- Alaska and Hawaii: Additional 2-3 business days for delivery
- We cannot ship to freight forwarders or package consolidators
For special shipping requests, please contact our customer service team.
If your package is lost or damaged during shipping:
- Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date
- We'll work with the carrier to locate your package
- If the package cannot be located, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund
- For damaged items, please provide photos of the damage and packaging
